   So very sorry have not replied before this. It is very rude of me. Have been recovering from an operation, and things have got a bit behind. Again so sorry. Yes I am still confused, and will probably e mail Richard at some point, but it was kind of you to reply and try to help me. I did a computer course several years ago, but all my knowledge seems to have left me. I find the forum a bit difficult still, as every one seems experienced or talented.    hi june, i am quite new to computing too and averything is fine until something goes wrong then i panic. i work as a nursing assistant in a psychiatric hospital, and i started making cards three years ago, I think that when I have a hard day at work crafting helps me to relax, i also make cards and sell them to my workmates. ann

   dear sue, thank you for getting in touch and for your lovely welcome. as for the card making, i have made some errors which have been quite funny really, for example trying to embossed with loose glitter and wonder why my heat gun burned through. i end up putting the heat gun outside over night. i do enjoy my card making and thats the important thing and people i give the cards to are impressed (they are easy to impress) thanks again, love june b

   Hello June, I have just clicked your "friends" button after trying for the last couple of days. Every time I went in before it was covered up by the Justin Timberlake ad, but tonight "hey presto" it was visible! Hope you will enjoy being a member of the forum, everyone here is so friendly and helpful and there are always plenty of hints and tips to read, as well as jokes to give us a good giggle.

    it was lovely to hear from you. I'm so glad that you get so much pleasure from your craftwork. I think that its more important to have fun than to aim for perfection. Don't forget that all the forum ladies were beginners once! I'd like to bet that your cards are extremely good and that you are far too critical of yourself which I think we all are. I'm not sure whereabouts you are but its a good confidence booster to join a class and learn some new skills/improve on those you already have. Your local craft shop probably runs classes or your local college. Its great to hear that you make cards for friends and family because a handmade card is so much more special than a bought one. I wish you continued success and pleasure from your crafts and am dead jealous of you not having to spend time picking up after a man. You also get to craft when you want and not worry about the mess. Or are you one of those tidy and organised crafters? Its been lovely to chat with you, hope you keep in touch!
